We currently ship orders within Indonesia. International shipping availability will be announced as the brand continues to grow.

Delivery Time

Shipping Fees

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed, Rafi & Co will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
